Raül Bobet, the former technical director of Torres, carefully selected an area in the Pyrenees, not far south of Andorra, as insurance against climate change. His 23ha of tightly planted vineyards lie between 800-1000m above sea level and have good sun exposure coupled with large changes in diurnal temperature, which preserves acidity and aromatics. The fruit from this exceptional site has been treated with great skill and meticulous care in the winery to produce white wines of crystalline purity and equally fine reds.
