2021 Bardos Verdejo
Amid the arid, frigid heights of Ribera del Duero, over 940 meters above the ground between the settlements of Fuentemolinos and Moradillo de Roa, a series of wines has been crafted to commemorate the hardworking folks who toil in the vineyards.
Selection of 20 to 25 years old vineyards, located in Rueda and La Seca, on the rocky soil at 700 to 800 metres above sea level. The area's continental climate and large temperature difference between day and night (diurnal range) favour to produce great balance wines.
Tasting Note: Intense aroma of white fruits and cut grass with a light touch of balsamic and mineral notes. The taste is fruity, fresh and elegant. It has a soft texture, nice acidity and great finish.
