Vodka was all the rage back then, and luckily for Dick, Soho Brasserie’s coffee machine sat right next to the bar. So he had a lightbulb moment to combine the two, and the espresso martini was born. Made for a supermodel, invented by a cocktail king, and now recreated for you. Delightfully mellow, and deliciously sippable. But still with an unmistakable kick.
